MEET BENJY.
This lovely little boy had been straying in Claremorris; he was living in some undergrowth on waste grounds, cold wet and very hungry. He was petrified and scared out of his mind. He was rescued by Tracey Cullinane & Pat Egerton and taken into the care of Mayo SPCA.
Today he was taken to the Small Animal Practice in Claremorris where Katie McGrath kindly groomed and washed him. She has helped us with so many rescued dogs and it is greatly appreciated. Benjy is a much happier dog tonight. He will be up for adoption soon.
It is a very busy time for Mayo SPCA and we are appealing for donations to help in the care of the unwanted, abandoned and injured cats & dogs in our care.
