More and more pets are surrendered due to the housing shortage in Mayo. One dog in our shelter who has been affected by this is Zena, who due to no fault of her own had to be surrendered and now has been in the shelter for more than a year! This affects pets and their owners every day. MayoSPCA are doing their best to support those affected by this situation, however we urgently need community support to continue doing so.
