There is someone for everyone but in the case of our gorgeous Jack he had a long journey to find his however home and humans.
Jack came into us from the pound in 2022 . He had not been neutered and when this was done it took a bit of time to work on house training/marking behaviour. He was overlooked so many times and we felt so sorry for him with each rejection.
Jack went to three homes. In the first one he peed in the house and was brought back next day despite the obvious fact of a new environment and anxiety being a huge factor. In the second home he was not comfortable around the children and in the third home apparently he was also having housetraining accidents.
After the 3rd return, Jack went to a foster home with Bart where he found his person in 2024. Straight away he was settled and happy without anxiety. He is such a delightful dog ,very loyal and good with the other dogs in Bart and Jessica’s care and a few cats. They came to visit in July 2024 and it was clear how much he loves his new forever home and his Dad who he couldn’t keep his eyes off

A lovely update from Bart, Jack’s new forever Dad: ‘I can’t upload any pictures on here, but he is having the best time of his live. All sorts or road trips, he is with me on the tractors and diggers. A weekend in Donegal playing wit a 3 months old puppy. And he loved it playing all day. He is just a happy boy .’ (July, 2024)

Jack is now 2 years in his forever home with Bart and he loves helping his Daddy with all the work
He is the best assistant, even points with his nose to the key to start the engine!
