“As a volunteer you get to forget what is going on the world and live in an animal bubble for 3 hours. Stimulation is very important for the animals. Today I was a kitten scratching post. 4 kittens decided it was great fun climbing up my jeans. Then Dave our 3 legged cat decided he wanted all my time and in return I got loads of cuddles. Such a pleasure to be a volunteer in their world
